Terms and Conditions for Weddings
A DEPOSIT of 50% is required. On confirmation of deposit, reservation will be confirmed. SPECIAL arrangements can be made for deposit payments in writing.
All bookings are made on a FIRST DEPOSIT PAYMENT, FIRST BOOKING basis.
Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE should the wedding be cancelled by the bridal couple for whatever reason. In the event that the booking being cancelled or not honoured by Studio 777 or its representatives the full deposit is REFUNDABLE by Studio 777 and or its representative to this contract.
Deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
With payment of the deposit by the bridal couple and acceptance of deposit and confirmation of booking by Studio 777, both parties acknowledge their agreement to the terms and conditions as listed herein.
Balance of final bill is payable in CASH on or before wedding date. If final payment is done via EFT, funds must show in Commonwealthbank account before due date.
This agreement is between Studio 777 and the Bridal Couple and not by a THIRD PERSON responsible for payment.

An additional charge of $200-00 per hour will be charged after 24:00. This is subject to notification to bride and groom.
All quotes provided are estimates only and is subject to change due to the time limit being exceeded. Travelling outside a 50 km radius from Studio 777 offices will be charged at $2-50 per KM after the first 100 km (Total)have been deducted. Studio 777 are situated in Carramar, North Perth. The cost off tollgates will be added to the final bill.
Sleeping arrangements may be required when travelling outside a 120 km radius from Studio 777 offices. Any costs arising from the accommodation will be added to the final bill for the bridal couple. Bridal couple will be informed before hand or could arrange for us.
The bridal couple must please make Seating and Food arrangements for Studio 777. No special seating is required.
Studio 777 cannot be held responsible for the quality of the Photo’s arising from delays caused by other Photographers, Guests, Family or acts of God, natural or unnatural.
Studio 777 reserve the right to use any photos and video taken by them, and used in the final video, in adds, magazines etc. without any compensation to the parties involved. The Mini-DVD tapes / negatives remain the property of Studio 777 Photography and Video Productions, except if other arrangements have been made. Fully edited high resolution images can be bought at additional charge. Photo albums can be ordered at an additional charge. Please note that we will print the Covers of your Album in the Spelling and order that you have supplied to us in writing. Full payment of album must please be made before we order your album.

Please note that we will commence edit as soon as possible after your wedding date. Photos or video will only be taken once final payment has been made.
