Wow! What a hectic past 4 weeks! We have been jetting all over the world. From France - Paris, UK - London, Italy - Rome, to USA -Miami and Florida Keys.... What a wonderful time!
We never had the opportunity to thank you for all your hard work and dedication you have put in on our wedding DVD's. After receiving it, we could not wait to watch it. As if your professional manners (from your dress code to after sales) was not enough, you blew us away with your high quality of work. It is really amazing the way you have captured our most special day with so much flair and attention to detail.
When we booked you based only on a referral out of London we new that we were taking a HUGE gamble, BUT sitting on this side of the world we really did not have a choice. On the other side, Andrew would NEVER have referred you as he is also a person that believe in quality. He assured us that you are THE BEST person for the recording of our wedding day, and was he right!
From the moment you walked into the door, you relax and calmed every one in the room. No matter how stressed out I was, you just had the right words and manners to relax us. My brides maids even commented that know they can enjoy the wedding! Just by a simple few calm words and your professional manners was all we needed. We could also see that you were really enjoying your work.
The colour and quality of the DVD is out of this world. Truly amazing. I could never have imagined it would be possible to capture our day in such a special way. It seemed that you had 5 cameras there on the day because you covered the wedding from every where! The people watching the DVD could not believe that the DVD was made in South Africa and commented that it was The Best Wedding Video ever! They could not believe the clarity of the picture and sound in our service.
We really would like to thank you again for the magical touches you have added to our DVD. I know that a lot off people would say : That is what he got paid to do. BUT you did not have to go the extra mile. All our guest commented on how professional you handle them. Making them feel like VIP's.
I can assure you that we all will revere you and only you! We have friends, Marge and Andrew, that is getting married in 2010 in Scotland. They have booked a Castle in Scotland (Only time available). They will be in contact with you. We understand that you do travel abroad. I know they have already started inquiring about accommodation for you and your assistant. They have watched a lot of DVD's but say nothing compare to your work. Cost wise you would work out about the same as the videographers in UK including your flights and accomidation. You must just work out your prices for 2010.
Remember my cousin that got married a week after us? Her video (Yes, video!) was horrible. The quality was very very bad. From to dark /images to no sound and shaking camera! What a mess. She is very disappointed. She threw it into the bottom draw after watching it with us. Sorry to say but you can not turn back time. All the disappointment just because she saved R800! Guess you get what you pay for...
Could you please make us another 8 DVD's? We want to send it to some of our friends that could not attend our wedding. Please note that 1 is going to Australia and we don't know the format of the DVD players in Australia.

If i had to pick one word to describe the day it would be "Perfect". After all the hard work and planning for so long, our big day finally arrived. And it was everything i ever imagined it to be. And now i have beautiful photos to remind me of the day forever.
Frans, you did an AMAZING job. You never stopped clicking your camera and we really felt like superstars! You made us laugh the entire day as you tried to capture the 'perfet shot'. I think you ended up getting hundreds of perfect shots!
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for working so hard to find us a great videographer. I was so busy with the other aspects of the wedding so it was a great help to me. Your knowledge about equipment and technique is incredible. I knew you would find me someone excellent.
I will be reccommending you to all my friends and family. You exceeded my expectations and i thank you for that.

Hello Studio 777,
When I wrote to you before I had not even watched the video yet. I can not tell you how much I appreciate being able to see this while I am so far from home.
While I have been in Oklahoma, Altus has suffered it's worst ice storm on record, after 2 days without power or heating and below freezing temperatures, we were evacuated to Texas where we stayed for 8 days until the conditions on base became liveable again. Even though we have been working 14 hour days ever since, we still won't be returning home until at least mid-March (about 2 weeks late) not only because of the ice storm , but also the relief effort in Haiti.
I am sure you can imagine how down hearted I am right now because I just want to get home to my beautiful husband. To receive your e-mail tonight has lifted my spirits beyond measure. I could never convey to you how much seeing this video means to me, it has brought me to tears of happiness and I can never thank you enough. I now have something to look forward to every night when I get in.
I have just watched the video again with Brett on the phone. Thank you once again!! This is the BEST Valentine's Day gift EVER!

Just wanted to let you know we have received the photos today. Thank you for sending them so fast as you only posted them yesterday. We have just spend a couple of hours looking at the photos.
We are REALLY VERY happy with how they turned out! Thank you so much for doing such a great job! You were really a blessing mate and really helped us out so much on the last minute photography! You are the best photographer in Australia! Wedding photographers like you are a rare commodity.

Just want to thank you for your incredible video of our wedding at Sun City. To be honest I wasn't sure what to expect before watching it, but I sat rivetted as the event unfolded. You captured so many beautiful, otherwise forgotten, moments and set them them to a very appropriate and beautiful selection of music. Working with you was such fun, Mags and I both found your manner so accomodating yet totally professional.
I know its going to be a dvd we're going to watch over and over. It was trully a day that, if I could have it over, I wouldn't change a thing.
I wish you every success, your business deserves to go from strength to strength.
